Job summary

ApexBuild Solutions in Salalah, Oman is seeking a skilled Baker to prepare a variety of breads, pastries and desserts, and to maintain quality standards.

You will manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure bakery cleanliness and safety while training new staff.

This full-time role offers accommodation; open to all nationalities, salary around $1,200 per month, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Baker.
• Knowledge of breads pastries and desserts.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina in a fast-paced bakery.
• Willingness to work early mornings or late nights as needed.
• Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Fluent in Arabic preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes.
• Bake breads pastries and desserts to quality standards.
• Decorate cakes and other baked goods as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the bakery at all times.
• Train new staff on baking techniques and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes.
