Job summary

A renowned bakery in Muscat is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. The Baker will prepare a variety of baked goods, monitor quality, decorate products, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace on-site.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of professional baking experience, with strong knowledge of baking methods, ingredients, and equipment. Shifts include early mornings, weekends, and holidays; accommodation is provided along with biometric passport services for eligible

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional baker in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of baking methods, techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and move quickly.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of goods according to recipes and bakery standards.
• Ensure high quality of all products by monitoring ingredients and following proper baking techniques.
• Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies are needed.
• Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures as needed.
