Job summary

Omanyp is seeking a Data Engineer in Dubai to lead the design and build of Azure-based data lakes and develop production-grade Spark pipelines. With a focus on modern data platforms, you will own data modeling for Power BI and implement data governance and quality controls.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Data Engineering, strong Azure skills, and a proven track record with production pipelines. This role involves ensuring platform performance and cost management.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Data Engineering experience.
• At least 1 full data lake delivery.
• Proven ownership of production pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Azure-based data lake (ADLS, ADF, Synapse/Fabric).
• Develop production-grade Spark pipelines.
