Job Description

The Autodesk Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales and business growth for Autodesk software solutions. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions leveraging Autodesk’s products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Autodesk software, excellent sales skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through innovative technology solutions.

Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet targets and grow the customer base.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Autodesk solutions.
Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and challenges, and recommend suitable Autodesk solutions.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and support to facilitate decision-making.
Technical Expertise:
  • Stay updated with the latest Autodesk products and industry trends.
  • Assist clients with technical inquiries and pre-sales support.
  • Collaborate with Autodesk technical teams to meet client needs.
Sales Administration:
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM software.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales processes and interactions.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct industry market research and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors and develop strategies for Autodesk solutions positioning.
  • Gather client feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience considered. Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience selling Autodesk solutions for a reseller in India. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of Autodesk products and their applications in architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and in teams.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is full-time.
