Qualifications

• Relevant early childhood education qualification or teaching certification, preferably with a focus on Arabic language instruction.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written Arabic; ability to communicate effectively in English is an advantage.
• Experience working with nursery or kindergarten-age children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development, play-based learning, and age-appropriate classroom management strategies.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging, inclusive Arabic language activities that support diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families.
• Commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and inclusive, non-discriminatory practices in the classroom.
• Organizational skills for lesson planning, record-keeping, and maintaining a structured daily routine.
• Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude toward supporting young children’s learning and development.
• Previous experience in Oman or familiarity with local culture and regulations is an added advantage.
