CHANEL is seeking a Digital Workplace Security and Performance assistant to collaborate with its Security and Performance team in Oman. Candidates should have a background in Computing Engineering or Business School with fluent English skills, and an interest in security solutions. Position to start in September 2025.

In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, cybersecurity is crucial for protecting organizational data. The rise of hybrid work models and AI solutions introduces new vulnerabilities, making robust security measures essential. The Digital Workplace now involves various devices, networks, and platforms, which increases the importance of safeguarding sensitive information to ensure operational continuity, trust, and compliance.
The Digital Workplace Security and Performance assistant will collaborate with the Security and Performance team within the Digital Workplace Services of the Global Infrastructure department at CHANEL.
The Security and Performance Services team is responsible for:
Designing new security features related to data governance, GenAI, etc.
Driving continuous improvement of security standards across the Digital Workplace IT landscape (workstations, mobiles, collaboration tools).
Ensuring secure integration of new services (SaaS, on-premises).
Participating in remediation projects.

Your contributions can make a difference in projects such as:
Enhancing workstation security through reporting and user experience considerations.
Managing application store policies during design, ticket resolution, and cleanup processes.
Promoting security solutions like digital vaults and file transfer tools for end-users.
You will also support IT and business teams in strengthening Digital Workplace security by participating in regional meetings, building action plans, and monitoring tasks with appropriate reporting.
