The Digital Workplace Security and Performance assistant will collaborate with the Security and Performance team within the Digital Workplace Services of the Global Infrastructure department at CHANEL.

The Security and Performance Services team is responsible for:

• Designing new security features related to data governance, GenAI, etc.

• Driving continuous improvement of security standards across the Digital Workplace IT landscape (workstations, mobiles, collaboration tools).

• Ensuring secure integration of new services (SaaS, on-premises).

• Participating in remediation projects.

• Managing application store policies during design, ticket resolution, and cleanup processes.

• Promoting security solutions like digital vaults and file transfer tools for end-users.

You will also support IT and business teams in strengthening Digital Workplace security by participating in regional meetings, building action plans, and monitoring tasks with appropriate reporting.
