Job summary

Flip retail is seeking an Application System Administrator to manage FILNET/CMS servers and internal applications. You will coordinate with IT facilities for maintenance, respond to user needs, and drive changes and improvements across business units.

The role requires a 5-year track record in similar environments, knowledge of ISO/IES 27001, and experience with SharePoint and PowerApps to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Knowledge of ISO/IES 27001 – Information Security Management System.

Responsibilities

• Support FILNET/CMS server and internal applications.
• Coordinate with IT facilities services for server maintenance.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly reporting and change management tasks.
• Provide user support and training for FILNET/CMS applications.
• Develop custom solutions (SharePoint/PowerApps) based on user needs.
• Take audit logs and usage information for governance.
