A Clad Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining cladding machines that bond two or more dissimilar metals or materials together. The operator ensures proper machine setup, monitors production processes, and performs quality checks to maintain product specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor cladding machines according to production specifications.
• Adjust machine settings (speed, pressure, temperature) for optimal bonding.
• Feed raw materials into machines and monitor material flow.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
• Identify and report defects or deviations from specifications.
• Perform regular machine checks and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production logs and inspection records.
• Report machine malfunctions or required repairs to maintenance teams.
