GDC Middle East is seeking an Instructor Pilot for AH-6I operations, responsible for delivering classroom and in-aircraft instruction, and for evaluating aircrews under ATM standards. The role includes university-level academic training, hands-on flight instruction, and preparing crews for varied conditions.

The instructor will manage training folders, ensure currency, and support safety and mission planning in collaboration with customers and leadership.

Competenze

• Experience in US Army Attack or Aero scout operations and completed a course of instruction for IPs at an authorized Aviation Proponent School.

Mansioni

• Train and evaluate Aviation pilots in the AH-6I aircraft per MNG-AVN ATM and ATP guidelines.
• Develop and manage an Aviation Aircrew Training Program per customer guidance.
• Ensure all flight training publications are current and complete.
• Assess readiness progression for instrument flight tasks, day, night, NVG, gunnery, IFR.
• Prepare crews with realistic mission maneuvers under desert conditions.
• Provide IMC aircrew training per FAA/ICAO rules where authorized.
• Attend customer meetings as required.
• Participate in Aviation Safety Council meetings.
• Contribute training and mission planning input at weekly meetings.
• Provide status reports on training, missions and crew readiness.
• Conduct other instruction as required by customer and leadership.
• Support AH-6i standardization and directorate requirements.
