Job description

Major Responsibilities
  • Accommodation order management
    Strictly enforce dormitory management regulations and daily routines; maintain order at all times. Prevent and address violations such as noise, alcohol, disturbances, and regulate the dormitory atmosphere.
  • Personnel Ledger Management
    Handle employee check‑in, check‑out, and transfer procedures; ensure proper registration and daily ledger updates. Verify occupant counts, check vacant beds, and prevent violations such as overnight stays, subletting, and mixed occupancy.
  • Access Control and Visitor Management
    Implement access control measures; strictly enforce visitor registration; prevent unauthorized entry and exit, ensuring dormitory safety.
  • Water and Electricity Energy Consumption Control
    Track, verify, and manage water and electricity usage. Investigate abnormalities, eliminate waste (leaks, lights left on, unnecessary water use), and implement energy‑saving management.
  • Material and Living Support
    Manage distribution and registration of daily necessities, public supplies, and spare keys; ensure basic living needs for employees.
  • Facility and Equipment Operation and Maintenance
    Maintain the asset ledger; conduct daily inspections and maintenance of furniture, appliances, fixtures, doors, windows, access control systems, and activity‑room equipment. Collect failure reports, submit repair requests, and follow up on acceptance.
  • Environmental Hygiene Management
    Inspect dormitory rooms and public areas for cleanliness, enforce rectification of conditions, and coordinate cleaning, ventilation, and regular disinfection to maintain a livable environment.
  • Safety Hazard Investigation
    Conduct daily safety patrols and monthly self‑inspections. Prohibit unauthorized wiring, illegal electricity use, prohibited items such as high‑power appliances, flammable and explosive materials; investigate all safety hazards.
  • Fire Emergency Management
    Daily inspection of fire‑fighting equipment, evacuation routes, and emergency signs. Respond promptly to emergencies (water leaks, power outages, disputes, accidents). Report and process incidents per procedures.
  • Data and Report Archiving
    Organize and archive daily inspections, safety checks, violation records, maintenance logs, and prepare work summaries and reports on time.
Minor Responsibilities
  • Cooperate with departments for asset inventory, dormitory inspection, holiday duty arrangements, and handling employee accommodation requests and follow‑up rectification.
Qualifications
  • Educational
    College diploma or above. Dormitory management experience preferred.
  • Job Requirements and Qualities
    Responsible, hardworking, pragmatic, proactive, with good communication skills. Demonstrates learning ability and summarization skills.
  • Foreign Language and Office Skills
    English majors preferred; familiar with Microsoft Office software.
