Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Experience with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, expense reports, and POs.
• Enter data into accounting systems and balance ledgers daily/monthly.
• Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and card charges with GL.
• Prepare routine accounting reports for audits and management.
• Maintain secure filing systems for financial docs.
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
