Related Assignments
- Ensure all transactions are recorded appropriately in line with the company’s accounting principles and are properly filed with all supporting documents for future reference.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete record-keeping of all transactions, including payroll payments.
- Provide units/departments with requested information regarding vendor/customer transactions and other related aspects.
- Prepare periodic reports such as aging analyses, accruals calendars, and funds position.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements for all company bank accounts.
- Liaise with banks on all company-related matters.
- Coordinate with various units/departments regarding company transactions.
- Follow up to ensure invoicing processes are completed timely and accurately.
- Assist in responding to audit observations raised by internal and external auditors.
- Attend to any other related work as assigned.
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely, accurate, and error-free processing and recording of invoices according to contractual terms.
- Support the finance manager and handle day-to-day tasks effectively.
- Meet deadlines and project completion timelines, demonstrate required behavioral attributes as set by the line manager.
- Adhere to SDIC’s policies and procedures.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
