Job summary

New Zealand Herald's Digital Producer role supports Fletch, Vaughan & Hayley Breakfast on ZM, delivering engaging content across radio, social, digital and live experiences. You’ll work closely with hosts, the Content Director and the wider team to bring great ideas, promotions and partnerships to life.

You'll source and produce content, coordinate guests and competitions, support the hosts on and off air, and help grow the ZM audience with eyes-to-ears digital strategies.

Qualifications

• You'll hold a relevant qualification and have a good understanding of broadcasting standards.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital content, in both a technical and creative sense.
• You'll be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite and Protools and be skilled in audio editing.

Responsibilities

• You'll source and produce content, coordinate guests, callers and competitions, support the hosts both on and off air, and create content to support our eyes-to-ears digital strategy.
• You'll also work closely with Promotions, Brand Engagement and Commercial teams to deliver campaigns, partnerships and competitions while helping grow and engage the ZM audience.

Are you passionate about creating content that entertains, connects and gets people talking? We're looking for a Digital Producer to join the team supporting Fletch, Vaughan & Hayley Breakfast on ZM. You'll help deliver an engaging show across radio, social, digital and live experiences, working closely with the hosts, Content Director and wider team to bring great ideas, promotions and partnerships to life.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

• You'll hold a relevant qualification and have a good understanding of broadcasting standards.
