Job summary

Community Care Trust Aotearoa in Dunedin invites three House Leaders to help support tamariki, rangatahi and whānau in our youth services. Two roles are in residential youth homes and one in the Youth Community Team, combining hands-on support with day-to-day leadership.

You’ll model good practice, guide colleagues and ensure person-centred, strengths-based support. You must have a full driver’s license, the right to work in New Zealand, and be able to work a mix of rosters, including evenings

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people in care or community settings.
• Ability to lead and guide a team and coordinate tasks.
• Must hold a full driver’s license and have the right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Assemble rosters, process referrals, maintain records and coordinate with whānau.
• Lead by example in rostered shifts and support daily routines and activities.
• Oversee household routines, medication processes, documentation, and safety checks.
