Job summary

Menzies College in a rural New Zealand community invites two certificated teachers to join for Year 7 or 8 classes. The roles include core class time and a junior option each term, with opportunities to be involved in coaching and year-level camps.

Qualifications

• Certificated teacher required; NZ teaching registration preferred.
• Experience coaching or leading outdoor education activities is advantageous.

Due to role growth and a staff member not returning from Maternity Leave, we have two positions available for Year 7 or 8 teachers. These positions have 16 hours core class time plus a junior option each term.

All staff members are expected to contribute towards the wider life of the school through coaching, managing and/or attending year level camps.
