Genius Early Years is seeking a qualified, fully registered Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our Home-Based Early Learning Service Team as a Visiting Teacher. The role focuses on leadership and support for in-home Educators, with flexible, part-time hours.

The successful candidate will travel across the Waikato/BOP regions and contribute to high-quality early learning experiences for Tamariki and whānau.

Qualifications

• Early childhood teaching qualification (Diploma of Teaching).
• Current NZ Education Council practicing certificate.
• Experience leading adults, including mentoring and coaching.
• Full clean NZ driver\'s license.
• Knowledge of professional practice in early childhood education.
• Understanding of Ministry of Education legislation.
• Ability to juggle a varied workload.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience with learning stories, programme planning and some administration.
• Good computer skills.

Wanted: Qualified, fully registered Early Childhood Education Teacher

Join our Home-Based Early Learning Service Team, as a Visiting Teacher.

If you are passionate about home-based childcare and enjoy Variety and Flexible working conditions in a fun environment, you will enjoy this role providing professional leadership and support to our in-home Educators.

This role is part time starting on 10 hours per week with the opportunity to increase as the network grows. This permanent part-time position would be based in the Waikato/BOP regions. The successful applicant would need to be prepared to travel around the regions to support our Educators and team.
