Job summary

Macleans Primary School seeks an enthusiastic and collaborative team leader to guide our Year 4 team. You will work with the senior leadership team to support teachers and keep students at the heart of decision-making.

This permanent, full-time role begins at the start of Term 1, 2027. You will lead curriculum areas across English, Health and PE, Mathematics, Science, and Te reo Māori, and foster ongoing professional growth within staff.

• Permanent teaching position within a school
• Not suitable for beginning teachers
• Evidence of ongoing professional learning and leadership capability

Responsibilities

About the role

Macleans Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative team leader to lead our Year 4 team. This is a great first step in school leadership as you will be leading a team of dedicated teaching professionals and working closely with the senior leadership team to guide and support you. The successful applicant will:
