Y2 classroom teacher - fixed-term, term 3-4 2025

We are seeking a passionate teacher to join our team at Churton School, situated along the beautiful Whanganui Awa. The Churton Values of Manākitanga/Respect, Manawanui/Resilience and Whanaungatanga/Relationships are the foundation for our educational approach.

We value innovation and the ability to work collegially within a team. The successful applicant will be forward thinking and adaptable, and be able to provide a culturally responsive learning environment, where diversity is celebrated. A willingness and commitment to sharing and extending your knowledge in Te Ao Māori and Matauranga Māori is essential.

We are excited to hear what skills, attributes and passions you can contribute to Churton School. This is a fixed-term teaching position for an immediate start (or as soon as possible).
