Job summary

Hynds Pipe Systems Limited in New Zealand seeks a Production Technician - X-Cast for our Pokeno site. This hands-on role covers mould setup, reinforcement, casting, finishing, stripping and QC to ensure every product meets our high standard.

You’ll report to the Production Manager and work as part of a team turning steel and concrete into finished precast products. Safety and quality are non-negotiable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production/manufacturing experience.
• Able to read drawings and follow plans.
• Committed to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep everyone safe by applying 5S and safe lifting practices.
• Build moulds and set up formwork to drawings.
• Cast and pour concrete ensuring reinforcement cages are placed to spec.
• Strip and finish products after curing to standard.
