Citycare Property, a proudly New Zealand-owned company, is on the lookout for a dynamic Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our team in Ōtautahi Christchurch due to an internal promotion.

In this exciting role, you will manage the delivery of maintenance activities and handle responsive work, ensuring our building maintenance team operates seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
  • Requesting and processing work order requests.
  • Coordinating multi-trade work orders and scheduling appointments with clients and tenants.
  • Overseeing job KPI’s to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensuring job data accuracy for compliance and claims.
  • Supporting policy implementation and process improvements, while promoting a customer-focused, safe work environment.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and clients as necessary, including sound knowledge of their systems.

  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • High degree of accuracy, timeliness & attention to detail is essential
