Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dispatch, scheduling, control centre, customer operations, or field service coordination.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and allocate resources in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive, planned and preventative maintenance activities.
• Lead workforce planning, roster management and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs and customer outcomes.
• Drive process improvements and support system optimisation projects.
• Act as escalation point for incidents and service disruptions.
