Master Kong on Wellington's waterfront is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll run your own section, manage prep and service to deliver high-quality dishes, and work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to maintain standards.

With at least two years' experience and an NCEA Level 4 in cookery, you’ll bring strong wok cooking skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in a similar position.
• NCEA Level 4 in cookery.
• Strong understanding of wok cooking techniques.
