Job summary

Apple, Inc. is seeking a Power Electronics Design and Integration Engineer (HWEE) for the Wireless Power Division to lead the integration of inductive technology into products like iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods.

You will collaborate with architecture, firmware, system EE, silicon, and reliability teams to meet specifications and ship safe wireless charging solutions. You will develop wireless power systems, write test plans, define factory tests, and guide algorithm development for

Qualifications

Solid EE fundamentals in both analog and digital design.
Familiar with USB, SPI, I2C, UART and low power embedded systems.
Proficient in modeling, data collection and statistical analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Develop wireless power systems meeting specifications and requirements for shipping products.
Write hardware and firmware requirements, specifications and test plans.
Define factory tests, limits and perform failure analysis with cross-functional teams.
Guide algorithms and state-transition analyses for operation regimes.
Travel up to 20% as needed.
