About the Role

In this role, you’ll lead and grow Macpac’s wholesale and export business. With a strong focus on internal partnerships (BCF and Rebel AU), you’ll ensure seamless execution, deliver on strategic growth plans, and champion our brand across local and international markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Relationship Builder: Build and nurture strong relationships with wholesale partners as the go-to contact.
  • Operational Leader: Manage end-to-end operations including forecasting, inventory coordination, and order management.
  • Commercial Driver: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and margin management to drive financial success.
  • Brand Champion: Collaborate with marketing and digital teams on seasonal go-to-market plans to keep the Macpac brand strong and consistent.
  • Strategic Partner: Develop and deliver joint business plans with key accounts, aligned to our growth strategy.
  • Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service and proactive solutions for wholesale partners.
  • Global Growth Enabler: Support international market expansion and manage export logistics.
