Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Te Rangi Iwi Trust invites applications for an Attendance Service Kaimahi based in Mount Maunganui (Te Rua Taiko), to lead and coordinate our attendance support for tamariki and whānau.

Reporting to the Oranga Whānau Manager, you will build strong relationships with kura and whānau, coordinate wraparound services, maintain data, and promote consistent attendance while upholding Ngāi Te Rangi tikanga.

Qualificações

• Strong relationship management and communication with kura, whānau and tamariki.
• Organised approach with data collection, reporting, and monitoring.
• Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tikanga in service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coordination, leadership, and oversight of daily service delivery.
• Engage with kura, whānau, and tamariki to promote attendance and engage services.
• Facilitate referrals and wraparound supports as needed.
• Maintain accurate data and prepare reports for management and funders.
• Attend hui and uphold Ngāi Te Rangi values and tikanga.
