Job summary

Arvida Group is seeking a self-motivated Wellness Leader to join our community in Queenstown. You will lead the Attitude of Living Well approach, supporting and empowering team members to engage with residents in a relationship-focused way and to promote five wellness pillars.

As part of the village leadership team, you will work closely with the Village Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centered care that enhances independence and quality of life for older New Zealanders.

Qualifications

• Aged care passion and commitment to resident wellbeing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engagement and inspiration.
• Experience delivering high-quality programs to diverse groups.
• Clear, concise written communication.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office including Excel.
• Leadership and influencing abilities with strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Attitude of Living Well program across the community.
• Empower and support team members to engage residents relationally.
• Promote wellness pillars: eating, resting, moving, thinking, engaging.
• Report to the Village Manager as part of the leadership team.
