Job summary

Ministry of Education is seeking a senior programme leader to shape corporate services across People, Finance, Risk, Procurement, Property and Communications. You will drive a continuous improvement programme that strengthens service delivery and integrates planning and performance for Te Pou Rangatōpū | Corporate.

You will lead a small team, provide principal advice and executive support, and work with Digital, Data and Technology to explore new approaches including self-service and automation.

Qualifications

• Senior programme leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver integrated programme plans.
• Experience leading organisational change aligned to strategic priorities.
• Strong use of data and insights to assess performance and trends.
• Ability to design integrated solutions across people, process and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead a continuous improvement programme across Corporate services.
• Oversee Te Pou Rangatōpū planning and performance, operations and support.
• Provide high-level advisory and executive support to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Risk, Procurement, Property and Communications.
• Work with Digital, Data and Technology to explore new ways of working.
