Job summary

Smith's Mitre 10 MEGA is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused team members for our Papanui store. This fixed-term seasonal role runs through to the end of January 2027, with shifts on Saturdays and/or Sundays (8.5 hours).

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, initiative, and a willingness to learn. Basic computer skills and the ability to lift and move stock are important in this active retail environment.

• Willingness to learn product knowledge and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers.
• Join the Seasonal Department on a fixed-term basis through to January 2027, working Saturdays and/or Sundays (8.5 hour shifts).
• Learn product knowledge and support store operations as needed.
