Job summary

Forsyth Barr in Christchurch is expanding its Wealth Management team. You will work closely with the current Assistant to learn the ropes, support Advisers with meetings and client communications, and grow into more responsibilities with a clear pathway to Associate Adviser.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in financial services or similar client-facing roles
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to collaborate in a high-performing team
• Strong attention to detail in written communication
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
• Interest in how AI can improve work processes
• Connection to Christchurch preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Advisers with meeting preparation and client communications
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Support day-to-day administration for a high-quality client experience
• Build strong client relationships and learn the ropes toward more responsibilities
