Job summary

Stantec’s Water team in New Zealand seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of complex water infrastructure projects—from concept to completion—based in Christchurch, Dunedin or Queenstown.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and contracts managers to manage drinking water, wastewater, stormwater and groundwater initiatives, including complex design-builds and bids, ensuring timely, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience delivering complex infrastructure / three waters projects.
• Excellent organisation and time management, financial competency, ability to prioritise and multi-task.
• Experience working directly with clients to understand project briefs and deliver outcomes.
• Fostering team performance and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior engineers, Contracts Managers and project managers to deliver projects.
• Support bids and proposals to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Lead water infrastructure projects across drinking water, wastewater, stormwater and groundwater.
