Job summary

Stantec's Water team in New Zealand is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our busy group based in Christchurch, Dunedin or Queenstown. You will manage complex three-water projects, collaborate with senior engineers and contracts managers, and contribute to bids and proposals for delivery excellence.

We value a track record of delivering infrastructure projects, strong financial acumen, and a proactive, communicative leadership style to drive project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex infrastructure / three waters projects.
• Experience working directly with clients to understand project briefs and deliver outcomes.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with a high level of financial competency.
• Excellent communication to foster team performance and deliver effective project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water infrastructure projects within the NZ Water team, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, Contracts Managers and project managers to maintain project delivery excellence.
• Support bids and proposals to secure work and contribute to financial success of the business.
