A local government organization in Tauranga is looking for a skilled Water Engineer to manage the water reticulation network's operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, strong contract management skills, and knowledge of public health standards. Help keep Tauranga’s water flowing — safely and reliably. We’re looking for a skilled Water Engineer to help manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Tauranga’s water reticulation network. This role ensures our water supply meets public health standards and service expectations through smart planning, contract oversight, and quick response when issues arise.
You’ll work alongside a long-standing team member who is preparing for retirement. This is a great opportunity to learn from their experience, share responsibilities, and knowledge.
