We have an excellent opportunity based in our Avondale head office for a Warehouse Systems Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with our Warehouse Manager to plan, coordinate, and organise the daily tasks. Export experience is a huge advantage.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering raw materials to production on time and in full.
• Ensuring traceability is maintained and transfer documentation is entered correctly.
• Preparing export orders, including getting pallets ready and loading into containers, ensuring documentation is correct.
• Maintaining inwards goods and distribution by initiating, coordinating, and updating data.
• Undertaking all tasks in compliance with the company’s Food Standards policies.
• Safeguarding warehouse operations and contents within procedures and protocols.
• Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with inventory management systems.
• Maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse and scheduled maintenance.
• Completing warehouse operational requirements daily.
• Ensuring all Health and Safety standards are met and proper procedures are followed.
