Warehouse Manager – Auckland

Salary Package - $112,000

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead and optimise our warehouse operations in Auckland. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee a dedicated team, manage inventory in a building and construction environment, drive efficiency, and ensure top-notch customer fulfillment.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop your warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
  • Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Oversee inventory management of building and construction materials, ensuring accuracy, availability, and efficient stock control.
  • Monitor customer fulfillment metrics and ensure deliveries are accurate and on time.
  • Maintain quality standards, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Analyse operations to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and service enhancement.
