Job summary

AROMA CONSTRUCTION LIMITED in Hamilton, Waikato is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities across our Waikato sites. You will coordinate workers, materials and equipment, read plans, and ensure work meets deadlines and quality standards.

Applicants should have a Level 4 certificate or 2 years supervisory experience, strong WHS knowledge, and proven staff leadership. Willingness to work across multiple sites and pass pre-employment drug testing is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety requirements are followed.
• Lead toolbox talks and address hazards.
• Communicate with contractors and suppliers.
• Resolve on-site issues and delays.
