Construction & Technical Recruitment – Hamilton is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a portfolio of Waikato projects from inception to completion, with a clear pathway to regional leadership.

You will build strong client and stakeholder relationships, drive business development, mentor project teams, and contribute to strategic planning as the regional operation grows. A strong track record in commercial construction is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, programming, procurement, and financial management.
• Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
• Commercially minded with strong business acumen.

• Able to think strategically while remaining hands-on when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver commercial construction projects from start to finish.
