We're looking for a team player who leads by example— someone who empowers others and thrives in taking initiative while working well as a team for everyday success.We are looking for a Production Team Member, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.What you can expect to do in this role:

• Use specialised processes and hi-tech equipment to prefabricate all types of trusses, frames, beams, and rafters to meet both domestic and commercial requirements.
• Ensure all products meet Mitre 10’s high standards by performing regular quality checks and adhering to production specifications.
• Work with a ‘One Team’ approach, collaborating effectively with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow safe work practices and comply with site Health & Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials, to support the production process.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
  
  

What we need from you:

• Experience: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Frame and Truss manufacturing, or previous carpentry/building experience is a plus.
