Job summary

Draft NZ Limited in South Auckland is hiring Voice-Picking Operators to support leading NZ partners in fast-paced warehouse environments. Roles involve picking/packing with voice headsets, lifting up to 20kg, and using powered pallet trucks across dry, chilled or frozen sites.

The positions offer a genuine temp-to-perm pathway, with opportunities to progress into leadership across warehousing and distribution. Shift options include morning, afternoon, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Pick-pack experience (FMCG and voice picking a big plus).
• Powered pallet truck experience handy — jigger licence a bonus.
• Physically fit, this is real work.
• Reliable, motivated and turn up ready to go.
• Your own transport.
• Legal right to work in NZ and two contactable references.
• Willing to pass a drug test and disclose any criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders using a voice-picking headset.
• Lifting cartons up to 20kg repeatedly throughout your shift.
• Operating powered pallet trucks as required.
• General warehouse duties as the day calls for it.
• Working as part of a tight, fast-moving team.
