Job summary

Jora New Zealand is hiring for a physically demanding Voice Picker role in Auckland. You will spend the shift voice-picking orders, lifting up to 25 kg, and building pallets with a pallet carrier. Expect fast-paced work with strict daily targets and safety emphasis.

Shifts include early, afternoon, and night with pay per hour ranging from 25.98 to 27.01 NZD. Applicants must have legal right to work in New Zealand and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Ready for a seriously physical job? Heavy lifting. Fast pace. Real targets. We're looking for experienced Voice Pickers to join a high-performing warehouse team. This is fast-paced, physically demanding work. You'll spend most of your shift on your feet, picking, lifting, stacking and moving products using a voice-picking headset and pallet carrier. Products weigh up to 25kg, and regular lifting is a core part of the role. You'll need the physical capability and stamina to work safely at pace, maintain accuracy and consistently meet daily picking targets. Shift times and pay

• Day: 5:00am-1:30pm | $25.98 per hour
• Afternoon: 2:00pm-10:00pm | $25.98 per hour
• Night: 9:00pm-5:00am | $27.01 per hour
• Roster: Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing

• Voice picking customer orders using a headset.
• Regularly lifting and moving products weighing up to 25kg. We're not kidding it's a heavy job!
• Picking products and building stable, accurate pallets using a pallet carrier / jiffy machine
• Working safely and efficiently to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets. Good manual handling technique is important to staying safe!

What you'll need

• At least one year of voice-picking experience in a similar role preferred
• The physical capability and stamina to remain active and regularly lift products weighing up to 25kg
• Experience working to productivity and accuracy targets, tell us the numbers that make you a superstar picker!
• Reliability, punctuality and a positive, hard-working attitude

Experience using a pallet carrier and holding a current forklift licence would be an advantage, but neither is essential.
