Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist in Wellington to implement VM plans, style merchandise, and create compelling in-store experiences. You will educate guests on product benefits, collaborate with leadership, and ensure displays reflect brand standards while driving sales.

The role requires a year of retail or sales experience, strong visual design sense, and the ability to move and adapt in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma-equivalent or higher; design-related training or degree is a plus.
• Experience: Retail product merchandising, visual merchandising or inventory management; capable of managing projects and processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing their time.
• Explain product education and benefits clearly to customers.
• Execute VM plan and maintain brand standards on the floor.
• Implement product stories, placements, and displays to maximize sell-through.
• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM to life and ensure a world-class guest experience.
