Farmers in Wellington seeks a Visual Merchandiser to create engaging displays and drive sales by aligning with brand aesthetics. You will curate displays for Fashion, Beauty and Home, dress mannequins, and adapt visuals to different products.

The role requires strong communication, planning and time-management, and a knack for understanding customer demographics. Full-time, Mon-Fri 7am–2:30pm with some weekend work; NZ work entitlement is required.

Qualifications

• Previous Visual Merchandising experience is required (must).
• Strong communication, planning and time-management skills are essential.
• Keen understanding of customer demographics and merchandising standards.

Responsabilités

• Curate and execute visual merchandising for Fashion, Beauty, and Home product ranges.
• Dress mannequins and design room-sets.
• Adapt merchandising standards to suit different product ranges or customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with the team and maintain a collaborative spirit.
• Perform tasks like ladder climbing (working at height) and occasional heavy lifting.
• Follow and interpret store layout directions to create impactful displays.
• Develop inspiring visual solutions that enhance the customer journey.
• Stay current on retail trends and best practices.
