This role involves daily analysis and lab work using some of the latest technology and high-spec equipment available in the industry. We provide the winemaking team with accurate and timely analysis on grape juice and wine.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely analysis on grape juice and wine to support the winemaking team.

Qualifications
  • Ideally, you would have some winery lab experience, but you may come to us with a science background.
  • Familiar with lab work or have done aspects of lab work in a winery cellar hand role.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work within a small team environment
  • Available for extended hours over vintage
  • Degree/qualification within wine production desirable
