Job description

We are seeking experienced Vineyard Operators to join our Marlborough viticulture teams. Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, responsibilities will include:

  • Tractor and machinery operations
  • Spray applications
  • Irrigation operations
  • Hands-on vineyard maintenance
  • Harvest operations

This is a full-time permanent role offering 40 hours a week Monday – Friday. Extra hours and weekend work will be required during peak seasons.

About you

You have a minimum of 2 years’ operational experience in viticulture

Viticulture/horticulture qualifications would be an advantage

You have a clean driver’s license, love working outdoors and are physically fit to perform the duties

You are an excellent communicator and a team player

You achieve goals by demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and a safety mindset
