Job summary

Arvida in Tauranga is seeking a Village Manager to lead Copper Crest, a community offering independent living, assisted living and specialised care. You will shape strategy, oversee operations, and inspire a resident-focused culture with a values-led approach.

With 5+ years in a senior living or healthcare leadership role, you will drive business planning, sales, maintenance and team development while upholding Arvida's Attitude of Living Well.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar senior living or healthcare role.
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing people.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to deliver operational goals.
• Ability to foster a professional working relationship with residents and ensure Arvida's reputation is enhanced in the local community.
• Knowledge and understanding of commercial agreements, and sales and property management principles.
• Understanding and application of relevant legislation.
• Good knowledge of health and safety management and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business planning and execution for Copper Crest.
• Develop and lead the team to deliver resident wellness and engagement.
• Drive sales and tenancy outcomes while maintaining maintenance standards.
