About the Role

We have a great opportunity for an agile and pioneering Village Manager to lead our new Kevin Hickman Retirement Village in Riccarton Park, Christchurch. You will be responsible for managing our integrated village which comprises independent living, serviced apartments and residential care, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care is provided to all our residents.

About You

With extensive staff management and proven leadership experience you\'ll build meaningful relationships quickly by being positive, approachable and an all-round people person. You\'ll have experience creating, developing and managing multi-disciplined teams and will thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment.

Your high energy and resilience are matched by your excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and you\'ll bring proven financial acumen to support sound decision-making and enhance village performance.
