Ourvets Halswell, Halswell, Christchurch Full time RR-9062

Ourvets Halswell is a well-established small animal practice who pride themselves on giving great standards of care to both our patients and our clients. We are a close-knit and caring team who work hard and enjoy a good laugh along the way.

We have an opportunity for a Vet Nurse ideally with at least 2 years’ experience to join our team working 35 hours per week.

If you want to develop your nursing skills further with the opportunity to take on responsibilities within the clinic or if you have a particular passion or skill, we would love to help you develop it.

Our current Nursing team are experienced and are here to support you to learn and develop your skills.

  • Organised, adaptable and has great time management skills to stay focused in a busy clinic environment
  • Looking to advance their skills in an established GP clinic
  • Has a focus in proactive pet wellness.
  • Ability to think for themselves and initiate own growth and goals, as well as others, within a supportive team environment
  • Relationship builder with clients and staff as we are a well-established community GP clinic and strives on being part of our local community
