Job description
Overview

Vendor Operations is responsible for the operational and analytical aspects of our strategic Cloud vendors primarily in the APAC region. You will be a key contributor in supporting the delivery of operational, analytical and administrative tasks for the Cloud team.

Responsibilities
  • Reseller enablement and concierge services
  • Customer inquiries
  • Internal and external administration and communication of programs and updates
  • Assist with application enhancement and User Acceptance Testing and stakeholder communication
  • Cloud license renewal and contract renewal management as required by each Vendor’s Cloud Service
Qualifications

This is a varied role with many tasks that change day to day, you will need to be adaptable to change, highly organised and have strong interpersonal skills.

  • MS Office – advanced level with Excel
  • Understanding of CRM management tools
  • Experience in either in an operations or product management role
  • Experience in channel engagement is an advantage
  • Good administrative skills with attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information appropriately
  • Working independently and under minimal supervision
  • Proactive in seeking resources and information where required
