Job summary

Savor Group in Auckland's Viaduct is recruiting an experienced Waiter to join Bivacco, a busy venue serving hand-made pasta and seafood. You will have at least two years’ waiter or bartender experience, solid knowledge of food and beverage, and a talent for recommending and upselling while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as waiter or bartender in a comparable venue.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage.
• Ability to communicate and upsell food and drinks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional dining experiences to all guests.
• Offering recommendations, taking orders, and serving.
• Ensure all product offerings and service are of exceptional quality.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of food & beverage offerings.
• Work cohesively with front of house and back of house; maintain open communication.
• Act as an ambassador for the venue and Savor.
