EVT Limited is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant for QT Auckland, a Michelin-listed signature restaurant, to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will own the guest experience, guide guests through menu stories and pairings, and ensure a sharp dining room presentation while collaborating with kitchen and bar to create seamless service.

The role suits individuals with a passion for hospitality, strong communication, and a flexible schedule to cover evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in an elevated restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a confident floor presence.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the guest experience from entry to departure with warmth and anticipation.
• Know the menu inside out and guide guests through dishes and drink pairings.
• Keep the dining room clean and polished, tables set and reset to standard.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar to deliver seamless, timely service.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and turn hiccups into positives.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
