Due to increased enrolments, Hereworth School is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced upper primary teacher to join our vibrant team. This permanent position will begin in term 3, 2025.

Hereworth is a progressive, independent, coeducational day and boarding school located in Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay. With small class sizes, outstanding facilities, and strong community support, we are committed to inspiring excellence and character in every student.

We are seeking a passionate educator with proven experience in teaching Y5 to 8. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong skills in pastoral care and wellbeing, and a willingness to actively contribute to the co-curricular and Christian special character of the school. Experience in teaching numeracy and structured literacy would be advantageous.
